Terms of Use

Smite is a workout-tracking application for iPhone and iPad. It is a one-time purchase through the App Store, with no ads and no subscriptions. History, stats and charts are free forever.

This agreement is between you and Mikuláš Vojíř ("developer", "we", "us"), not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Your use must comply with Apple's App Store Terms and Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Some features, such as optional iCloud sync, may require an internet connection and may change over time. Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice.

Smite does not require an account. Optional iCloud sync runs through your own Apple ID, and we never see your credentials. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple ID and device safe.

All workouts, templates, history and other data you create within the app remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your content, and you can export it as JSON or CSV at any time.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not in a way that could harm the app or other users.

The app is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Smite is a workout log, not medical or training advice, and you are responsible for exercising safely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

You may stop using the app at any time. We may modify or discontinue the app at our discretion.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

The app is not intended for users under 13, or under 16 in the European Union where applicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are subject to the courts of Prague.

Smite is developed and provided by Mikuláš Vojíř, an individual based in the Czech Republic. The data controller responsible for any personal data processing is Mikuláš Vojíř.
